We ordered dinner last night for pick up and we’re over charged significantly. Our order, according to the online menu should have been $36.30 +3.00 for 2 disposables masks. We were char $58 and change. I asked to have the bill refigured and got a similar price well over$20.00 too much. I certainly hope House of Hui’s isn’t taking advantage of customers during this difficult time.

The food was awful. The beef fried rice was burned. The shrimp not deveined. Also watch your total. We were charged $24.19 for $16.00 worth of food. Called to get everything straightened out and was screamed at to call later. This usto be a great place to eat. Now its terrible! Stay away.

We bought a house in BC a little over a year ago. The seller recommended Hui's highly! We visited soon after settling in and have been coming back ever since (we're here now).

I have been a resident of BC for 13 years and this is the only restaurant I like in the area. I like the buffet during the week, would love to see it in the evening maybe once a week.

My husband and I grew up eating at House of Hui's. Now that we're older and have moved away, we've tried other local Chinese restaurants and can't find anything else that comes close. We now make the occasional drive back home just for their food.

I have been eating here since 2000. They have the best brown fried rice ever. I also love their orange chicken. The food seems very addicting. My family and I would always crave it from time to time. Friendly service, nice family owned restaurant. Tony is the best!

I have been eating Hui's since 1992. We have tried other local Chinese cuisine, but none have been as good. They have great cashew nut chow mien, egg foo young, fried rice and good sesame chicken. Their Service is beyond stellar, they have never once in 19 years mixed up an order. They are very friendly and also have the food ready in a short time. I have only dined in a couple of times, but both times were pleasant experiences.

Can't imagine how a couple of people had a bad experience at this place? My mother-in-law, on her death bed, asked for a last order of Egg Foo Young - since she had just discovered it a couple of months before. (died 2 wks later). She must have asked us a hundred times, "What is this dish called again?" We love it too. We think their Lo mien is the best there is. We also like the Fried Rice and Chow Mien. I used to eat at the Nankin in Mpls. all the time and I think House of Hui is easily as good as far as their food goes. (Been eating there since 1992) Ambiance? about the same as all smaller Chinese restaurants - not so great. We do not eat in. We always take out. Can't speak to the dining room service but I have come to know some of the family through the take out and feel they are a really friendly bunch of people. Obviously I haven't tried everything on the menu. But the usual orders that people take out are very good, my wife and I feel (and the rest of the ...? More ?
